After 5 Events was not founded by an office that books artists. It grew out of After 5 — the live band and the DJ roster — the people who have stood on the stage themselves: at the sound check, behind the decks at two in the morning, beside the crew striking the set at dawn. We know what the room needs because we have played that room.
That changes what you get. We are not a middleman earning a commission on booking performers — the artists and the production are one and the same team. The people who plan your evening also play it, sound it and light it. Nothing gets lost between the plan and the stage.
