Company Party — Kohtla-Järve

Most Kohtla-Järve company parties happen in spaces built for something else — a conference hall with thin walls, a restaurant annex with one circuit, a Soviet-era kulturimaja whose wiring was last inspected when Brezhnev was still alive. The rig adapts. We send a crew early to map the room: locate every outlet, measure the ceiling height, test whether the floor will hold a truss, and work out where the sound goes when two hundred people are standing in it.

By the time your guests arrive, the console is live, the backline is patched, and someone from the crew is still there with a radio. What looks effortless took most of the day to make safe.
