Lighting cues get locked two weeks before the event. Sound check happens the morning of. The decision that cannot move is the venue contract, and in Rakvere that usually means committing eight to twelve weeks out — sometimes longer if the date lands near a public holiday or overlaps with a regional festival.

Everything else on the technical side can flex, but it flexes around that anchor. Rig drawings follow the floor plan. Power routing follows the rig. Crew call follows the load-in window the venue allows. Start with the room and the calendar, and the production schedule writes itself.
