Book the venue six months out if you can. Then call us. Rig design takes two weeks once the room is locked, longer if the ceiling presents problems or the power layout is unclear. Staging and draping require site access the day before, sometimes two days if the install is complex. Sound and light go in the morning of, provided load-in is straightforward.
