Book the venue in September or accept the room you get. Maardu has three halls large enough for a December gathering, and by the first of October two are spoken for. The timeline tightens further if you need staging or a full lighting rig—equipment moves between sites on a schedule, and Christmas weeks stack hard.

Decide power, access and load-in route before you confirm the space. A ground-floor hall with roller-shutter access and three-phase supply changes what is possible. A fourth-floor function room served by a single lift does not, no matter what else it offers.
