Most company parties fail in the first twenty minutes, before anyone has said a word. The room is wrong — too echoey, too dim, or arranged so that half the staff cannot see the screen. By the time someone notices, the evening is already being tolerated instead of enjoyed.

Jõgeva venues range from Soviet-era halls with concrete acoustics to newer spaces built for conferences, not celebration. After 5 Events rigs each one differently: absorption where sound bounces, light where the room eats it, and a layout that assumes people will actually move. We arrive early enough to fix what the venue cannot tell you over email.
