Load-in starts two hours before doors, sometimes three if the venue has stairs or the power is a long pull. Crew size follows the room: one person can cover a fifty-guest reception with ambient sound, but a standing event for two hundred needs a second pair of hands on the floor while the first watches the desk. Timing matters more than most clients expect, because the window between when a venue releases the space and when guests arrive is shorter in Pärnu during summer than it is anywhere else.
