Staging & Decor — Pärnu

The stage arrives flat-packed in a truck at seven, and by eleven it has to be level, lit and safe enough to hold a band, a podium or a six-metre screen. Every surface in Pärnu — hotel ballroom parquet, beach-side concrete, spa centre carpet — reads differently under load, and the rig adjusts for it.

Staging is structure first. Decks are pinned, draped and skirted only after the frame is plumb and the power runs clean. By the time a guest arrives, the work that matters is invisible.
