Book the screen eight weeks out if the event sits in spring or autumn; twelve if it lands near year-end. LED walls ship from Finland or Poland, and November through January is when every corporate calendar in the Baltics converges on the same sixty venues. By the time the invite has gone out, you are competing for hardware that is already on a truck heading somewhere else.

The other constraint is the room. A five-metre screen in a venue with two and a half metres of headroom is a decision you cannot undo at load-in. We measure the space, check the rigging points, confirm power at the wall, and tell you what fits before anything is ordered.
