Load-in to a venue on Saaremaa means accounting for the ferry. Crew leaves Tallinn before six if the rig goes up the same day. LED panels and video processing travel in road cases built for movement; the island adds salt air and longer drives, so we check connectors twice.

Most hotel conference spaces and the castle courtyard have power where you expect it. Outdoor sites do not. If the screen is the centrepiece, we walk the site two weeks out — sightlines first, then generator placement, then cable runs. By the time the client arrives for rehearsal, the rig is live and the crew is gone.
