Video & LED — Tartu

The truck arrives at six. LED wall sections come off first — they set the timeline for everything else, because they take the longest to bolt together and they cannot be moved once the room starts to fill. Power and data follow the same route, so we mark it once and run both.

Tartu venues are consistent: low ceilings, stone walls that eat wireless signal, loading bays two floors from the room. We measure, then measure again, because a screen that does not fit the doorframe does not go in at all. Every centimetre of a seven-metre wall matters when you are carrying it up stairs.
