Load-in starts while guests are still asleep. The truck arrives, the crew walks the venue, and decisions get made about where power lives and how far cable has to run. By the time anyone in formal clothes steps into the room, the rig is hung, the desk is patched, and the person calling cues has already walked the order of events twice.

A wedding is a schedule with no margin. Ceremony, reception, first dance, speeches — every segment hands off to the next, and a delay in one collapses the rest. We build the technical backbone that holds that schedule: sound, light, staging, power distribution, and the crew who run it from doors to breakdown.
