Haapsalu venues rarely give you what you expect. A hall that looks generous on the walk-through turns out to have a concrete ceiling that kills every high frequency, or a beautiful period room comes with three-phase power buried under a listed floor you cannot touch. The artist arrives with a rider written for Tallinn, and your job is to make it work anyway.

We book artists who understand the constraint. That means matching the act to the room before anyone signs anything, not after the deposit has moved and the ceiling height becomes your problem. If the venue fights the PA, we find the act that works without one. If load-in is a spiral staircase, we do not book the artist who travels with flight cases.
