Wedding — Tapa

The tent goes up the day before, and by midnight the forecast has changed. Rain arrives at five, an hour before the first delivery, and suddenly the question is not where the band sets up but whether the ground will hold the weight of the PA.

Weddings in Tapa happen outdoors more often than not, and outdoor means weather is a participant. The risk is not that it rains — it is that decisions made in January assume July will cooperate. A dry site plan and a wet site plan are not the same document, and the second one needs to exist before the first truck leaves Tallinn.
