Company Party — Tapa

Most company parties in Tapa fail in the same place: somebody books the hall, somebody else orders the catering, and nobody confirms who is bringing sound until the week before. By then the crew you actually want is already committed, and you are making calls to Tallinn hoping someone can drive up with a console and two speakers.

The fix is not complicated. Decide the room, the date and the headcount, then book production and catering in that order. A winter event here means accounting for early darkness and heating a space that has been cold all day. A summer one usually means windows that let in traffic noise from Pikk. Both are fine if the rig is planned for the room, not dropped into it the morning of.
