The fee depends on who travels and how far. A solo acoustic act from Tallinn costs the van and a day rate; a six-piece function band from Helsinki costs flights, backline hire on the island, and accommodation the night before. Rider tech adds to the invoice — monitors, wireless mics, a mixing desk beyond what the room already has — and so does the notice. Three months out you negotiate; three weeks out you pay what it costs to re-route a calendar.

Kärdla has no permanent backline and no gear rental within an hour's drive, so every input and stand comes with us or gets couriered ahead. That affects both the quote and the advance you need to give.
