Artist Booking — Viljandi

Artist booking in Viljandi means solving the load-in before you solve the setlist. Most venues here were not built for touring acts — you are adapting a hall, not walking into a black box. We handle the technical build first: staging that clears sightlines, power that supports the rider, monitors placed where the artist can hear them. The rider arrives two days before the show, and half of what is on it assumes Tallinn infrastructure.

We coordinate the artist, the venue and the gear so nothing is discovered on the day. After 5 Events books the act and builds the room it plays in.
