That hour is sound check, line check, the rider items nobody mentioned until yesterday, and every question the venue did not think to ask three weeks ago when it mattered. Miss it and the evening starts late or sounds wrong in front of everyone who came.

After 5 Events handles the advance, the rider, the schedule and the people who make sure the green room has what was promised. We work in Tartu with venues that range from a theatre hall with its own system to a warehouse with one phase of power, and the logistics change completely between them.
