Winter in Sillamäe shortens the roster. Performers based in Tallinn quote a travel buffer, and anyone flying in from further out prices the risk that Tallinn airport closes. July doubles the available acts but also the demand, so an artist available in March is often booked six weeks out by June.

After 5 Events handles the approach, the contracting, the rider, and the fallback when someone cancels the week before. We do not manage artists long-term, but we know who moves, who requires what backline, and which agents answer inside a day.
