Event Coordination — Keila

Coordination means somebody arrives early enough to solve the problem before it looks like one. In Keila that usually starts with power — what the venue says it has, what the breaker panel will actually give you, and whether the rig you planned in the office will run when you flip the switch at seven in the morning.

We schedule the build backwards from doors, not forwards from when the truck could leave Tallinn. Audio, light and stage all load in a sequence, and if that sequence breaks you lose an hour you will not get back. The event starts on time because the rig finished early.
