Event Coordination — Maardu

An event in Maardu runs on the same rig as one in Tallinn — power distribution, truss, DMX lines, backup channels — but the rooms are different and the power often is too. We map the venue first, then spec the build to match it. Coordination here means knowing which supplier stocks the adapter you need on a Sunday, which hall has the phase capacity the rider asks for, and how long it takes to load in when the loading bay is on the other side of the building.

The technical rider comes before the creative brief. Nothing else happens until the gear is hung, tested and signed off.
