Event Coordination — Võru

The conference hall on the second floor has a steel staircase and no service lift. The hotel ballroom downtown has three-phase power but the breaker panel is in a locked basement. The restored manor house twenty minutes south has wooden floors that bounce and a stone entrance too narrow for the usual cases.

Every venue in Võru has a constraint the floor plan does not show, and that constraint determines what the evening can be. We coordinate events here by naming those constraints early, routing around the immovable ones, and rigging to the room as it is.
