Staging & Decor — Kuressaare

Most venues on Saaremaa were built for something other than events. The ceiling is where it is, the power comes in from one corner, and the loading dock was an afterthought. We measure the room first — height, access, the nearest distribution panel — then build the staging and decor around what the building allows.

If the venue has acoustic tile and eight-foot ceilings, hanging a truss is not the move. If load-in means two flights of stairs, the rig gets smaller or the schedule gets longer. The room decides half of it before you choose a single drape.
