Company Summer Days — Viljandi

Most of the spend is already decided before anyone talks to us. The size of the group, the distance from Tallinn, whether the room has power where you need it. A summer day in Viljandi runs cheaper than one on an island, but still costs more than the same event in the capital — the van has to make the trip either way, and nothing we need is already there.

The rest comes down to staging. A simple PA and some shade structure is a different line item than a full stage build with backline and festival lighting. Decide what has to happen outdoors and what can move inside if it rains, and the number firms up fast.
