Book the room six weeks out if you can. Viljandi has two conference venues that work for more than forty people, and both fill early in spring and autumn. Decide room capacity first — not expected attendance, actual seated capacity with margins for the crew to move through. Every other decision follows from that.

Sound matters more than most planners expect. Viljandi's usual rooms have high ceilings and hard surfaces, so speech intelligibility takes work.
