Technical Production — Narva-Jõesuu

Narva-Jõesuu sits three hours from the warehouse. Everything goes on the truck the afternoon before. Load-in starts at seven, and by nine the room is powered, rigged and patch-tested before the client walks the space.

The window is tight. If a truck breaks down or a venue detail was written down wrong, the contingency is already spent. That is why the site visit happens two weeks out, why the production schedule goes to the venue forty-eight hours ahead, and why the crew drives with spares for anything that has failed on a job before.
