Technical Production — Otepää

Otepää in January is not the same brief as Otepää in July. In winter the nearest indoor venue with loading access may be twenty minutes from the ski lodge, and cables freeze if you leave them in the van overnight. In summer the mosquitoes arrive at dusk and the sunset happens too late to matter for lighting cues. The room dictates the rig, and the season dictates what is possible in the room.

After 5 Events handles technical production in Otepää year-round: staging, sound, lighting, power distribution, and the crew to run it. We plan around the constraint the calendar creates, not around it.
