Artist Booking — Otepää

An artist arrives in Otepää with a rider, a set time, and assumptions about power that may not match the venue. Your job is the gap between what the contract says and what the room actually has.

We handle the gap. Load-in schedules around venue access, not the other way around. Technical riders get walked through with the artist's tour manager before anything is committed. Green room, backline, monitor mix, curfew — sorted before the date is announced. The artist performs; we built the room they perform in.
