Full Wedding Production — Jõhvi

The venue tells you what kind of wedding it can hold about twenty minutes into the site visit — ceiling height for the truss, power capacity for the rig, whether the floor takes the weight of a stage. Jõhvi sits between Tallinn and Narva, which means most guests drive in and the load-in happens the morning of, not the night before. The room sets the schedule.

After 5 Events handles the production end: sound, light, stage if you need it, coordination with venue staff who have their own way of doing things. The ceremony and the dinner run on different systems, and both have to work the first time.
