Event Coordination — Jõhvi

The truck parks behind the venue at seven, and the first thing the crew checks is where power comes from and whether it will hold what the evening needs. A small hall in Jõhvi is still a hall — rigging points, acoustic reflection, sightlines that funnel three hundred people toward a stage or keep them scattered across the floor. Every room fights you differently.

After 5 Events coordinates the technical build: sound, light, staging, the power distribution that keeps it live for six hours. The work starts with the floor plan and ends when the last case is back on the truck.
