LED runs hot, draws current, and needs structural support most venues in Jõhvi were not built to provide. The conversation starts there: what you want on screen, where it needs to hang, and how much the ceiling can actually hold. After 5 Events handles the permitting, the rigging and the genset if mains power will not stretch.

Load-in is typically the morning of, earlier if the room is in use the day before. Screens go up first, projectors and playback last, so the run of show can be tested while catering is still setting tables. We stay through teardown.
