Company Anniversary — Paide

A company anniversary in November means choosing between a heated marquee that costs as much as the catering or taking the whole thing indoors and working with what the room gives you. Paide has several viable halls, but none of them was built for a seated dinner and a DJ in the same night, so the floor plan dictates everything.

Decide whether people sit or stand. A hundred guests at tables need four square metres each and a stage that raises the speaker high enough to see over centrepieces. A standing reception halves the space and lets you move the bar, but then the lighting rig has to come down or everyone photographs badly.
