Company Anniversary — Tallinn

The projector fails during the speech, or it does not fail but the speaker cannot advance the slides, or the slides advance but half the room cannot see them because nobody checked the sightline from the back corner where facilities put the extra chairs. An anniversary happens once a year, in front of everyone, and the thing that goes wrong is rarely the thing anyone thought to test.

After 5 Events rigs the room assuming something will fail. Backup projector already patched. Confidence monitor at the lectern. Sightlines walked before the first guest arrives. Most of the work happens in the two hours when no one is watching.
