Christmas Party — Põlva

Most Christmas parties are booked in September. By October, venues are holding only the dates no one wanted, and by November you are negotiating around someone else's schedule.

Põlva in December means short days and cold load-ins. If the venue has no dedicated event space, you are working in a room that serves another purpose the rest of the year — a gym, a community hall, a warehouse — and the rig has to arrive, go up, and come down inside a narrow window. Plan the power and the access first. Everything else follows from those two.
