The thing that ends a team day early is the projector. Not the activity, not the food — the cheap HDMI cable someone brought from the office, the laptop that will not mirror, the screen no one thought to test before fifty people sat down. By the time IT is on the phone, the schedule has already compressed and everything after lunch runs late.

We arrive with the rig the room actually needs, not what the venue says it has. That means knowing which manor houses outside Põlva still run on a single phase, where the load-in door is relative to the function room, and what fails when the forecast turns. The presentation works because the cables are rated and terminated correctly. The rest of the day follows from that.
