Company Anniversary — Põlva

The truck arrives before the venue staff. Truss sections come off first, then the speaker hangs, then the kilometres of cable that connect one to the other. Põlva's event halls are small enough that you notice every microphone, every poorly aimed light, every echo off untreated walls. Company anniversaries are never forgiving — the CEO speaks, the contractor listens, and if the PA cuts or the projector dies mid-presentation, both of you are still in the room.

After 5 Events rigs the build before the programme starts. Power distribution goes in early, audio lines are split and tested, every connection is made twice. By the time the first guest sits down, the only thing left to manage is what was always going to be unpredictable.
