Event Coordination — Paide

Load-in is six-thirty, doors at seven, first speech at eight. That leaves ninety minutes to rig sound, hang lights, set tables, test playback and walk every cable run. Coordination is the map of who does what when, written once and checked twice, because the morning of is too late to find out the caterer needs the lift at the same time as the AV truck.

We build the timeline backward from the moment people arrive. Power first, then rigging points, then everything that plugs in. One person runs the deck, one watches the door, and someone always has the venue manager's number. In Paide that usually means Kultuurikeskus or a tent on private ground — different access, different constraints, same need for a schedule that holds.
