Screen size drives the quote faster than anything else. A wall that fills the back of a stage costs more to truck, rig and power than a confidence monitor does, and the decision usually comes down to whether the back row needs to read bullet points or just watch a face.

Most of the cost in video is in the distance between the venue and the depot. Paide sits close enough to Tallinn that the drive does not add a day to either end, but far enough that the gear goes out the night before if the event starts early. That affects when you can make changes and when the crew needs access.
