Event Staffing — Tapa

A guest arrives, checks a coat, finds their table, orders a drink, asks where the restroom is. Staff make that loop work or break it. If the bar is understaffed, the queue grows and guests leave the room. If the welcome desk has no answer, the irritation spreads. If the service rhythm is wrong, the evening never settles.
