Narva-Jõesuu in June means beach, which means sand in every case you open. The PA sits fifty metres from salt water, the power run is twice the normal length, and the clients want the feeling of outdoors without the wind knocking a microphone stand over mid-speech.

What moves the cost is the room. A closed hall with house power is one invoice; a marquee on the sand with a generator truck is another. Decide that first. Everything else—how many uplights, whether there's a DJ, how late the bar runs—can be scaled once the structure is fixed.
