Team Building — Narva-Jõesuu

Most of the resort halls in Narva-Jõesuu were built when nobody worried about cabling. Power comes in where it comes in, usually not near the stage corner, and the breaker layout is a surprise every time. We walk the room before we quote it — measure the throw distance to the back wall, check whether the ceiling can take a truss, find out if load-in means stairs or a service door that actually opens.

Team events here tend to fall between May and September, when the coast makes sense and people want to be outside until they don't. That means a indoor fallback that doesn't feel like punishment, which means lighting that works in daylight and a sound rig that covers both the seated part and the part where everyone stands around afterward.
