Graduation falls in June, which means every suitable venue in Tallinn is booked by February and most of them have ceilings too low for proper truss. The rooms that are left—former warehouses, tents, courtyards—require a full rig: power distribution, lighting overhead, a PA scaled to concrete and glass instead of carpet and drapes.

Load-in happens the morning of. You will not get the night before. That means cable runs mapped in advance, a crew that knows the building, and every case labelled for the order it comes off the truck. The room dictates the rig, and in June the rooms that are still available dictate everything.
