The risk in a private event is that somebody notices the production. A microphone squeals during the toast, the playlist drops out, a light bar tilts and throws shadow across the room at the exact moment people start taking photographs. Every one of those failures is small, preventable, and the only thing anyone will remember.

Sillamäe sits far enough east that most vendors will not make the drive for anything smaller than a corporate gala, which means the private party here is usually under-rigged or self-managed.
