Team Building — Sillamäe

Most Soviet-era buildings in Sillamäe were poured for shifts, not seminars, and the acoustics prove it. Concrete floors bounce sound up into high ceilings with no soft surface to catch it, so a room that seats forty comfortably becomes unintelligible at forty-five. Heating is district, wired for winter occupancy, which means June team-building in a hall that was never meant to cool.

We rig for what the room actually is. That starts with a site visit — ceiling height, power routing, how far the truck parks from the door — and ends with a PA spec that assumes concrete and compensates early.
