Graduation falls in June, which means the hall is warm before you open the doors and worse once two hundred people arrive. The PA has to cover the room evenly without punching into the ceiling tiles, the projector goes up early because the mount takes longer than anyone budgets for, and the power drop is rarely where the stage needs to be.

We rig everything the morning of: truss if the room allows it, ground-supported light if it does not, enough cable to reach the mixing desk wherever it ends up. By doors you have working sound, stable video and enough light to see faces in the back third of the hall.
