Narva gives you a room and not much else. Power is split-phase and often a walk from where you need it. Lighting positions are wherever you can rig safely, and safe is not always where the room looks best. The PA goes up against concrete and glass, which means you are managing reflections before you are managing sound.

A private party here is technically identical to a corporate one — same rig, same power run, same acoustic problem — but the timeline is shorter and the client tolerance for visible troubleshooting is lower. We arrive early, test everything twice, and leave the room looking like nothing was difficult.
