Product Launch — Jõhvi

A product launch runs on timing. Guests arrive at seven. Presentation starts at eight. Questions follow, then drinks, then the room empties by eleven. Every minute is scheduled, which means the tech has to answer the room before anyone walks in.

Jõhvi venues tend to be multi-use halls — good sight lines, hard surfaces, sound that bounces. Microphones pick up everything. Projectors fight the windows. The rig accounts for that: absorption where it's needed, fill speakers for the back third, a mixing position that can hear what the room hears. Build starts early afternoon. Strike happens after midnight. The evening in between runs to schedule because the morning did.
