Product Launch — Kuressaare

Kuressaare in winter means a ferry crossing and a narrow window. Load-in starts the moment the venue unlocks, because the reveal cannot happen while guests are in the building. If the launch is evening, the rig goes up in the afternoon; if it is morning, the truck arrives the night before.

Product launches live or die on timing. The presentation has a fixed start, the demo has a fixed duration, and the room has to be silent when the speaker begins. That means the PA check happens hours earlier, and every mic is tested against the room while it is still empty.
