Product Launch — Haapsalu

Haapsalu's smaller venues solve one problem and create another. The room fits the guest count, but the ceiling is lower than the truss needs and there is no loading door. A product launch lives or dies in the first four minutes, which means the screen has to be central, the presenter lit without spill, and the sound clear enough that nobody leans forward.

We rig to the room you actually have. That begins with a site visit: where the power comes from, whether the projector can be flown or goes on a cart, what the throw distance allows. If the venue has a permanent PA, we know before arrival whether it will cover the space or fight it.
