Three hours before doors, the stage floor is still bare concrete and the truck is backed to the loading bay. Decking goes down first, then the truss grid, then power to every position that will need it. Each tie-in is tested under load before a single drape is hung.

Kohtla-Järve venues present the same problem in three variations: low ceilings, shallow grids, or columns exactly where the sightline matters. The rig adapts. Ground-supported towers when there is no fly system, soft goods weighted and counter-balanced when there is no height, and every cable run dressed so it does not end up in a photo.
